摘要
骨髓基质干细胞(BMSCs)是一类具有自我增殖和分化潜能的多能干细胞,在骨髓中含量极少。目前对其生物学特性研究比较成熟,在培养过程中展示出贴壁性、异质性、自我更新能力、可塑性、易受细胞因子影响及低免疫原性等生物学特征。BMSCs独特的生物学特性及目前的研究现状都预示着其具有广泛的应用前景。现就大鼠BMSCs的生物学特性、分离与纯化、诱导分化的方法等方面予以综述。
