产学研合作行为及模式选择影响因素的实证研究

摘要：

从企业的视角,基于2008年江苏省13个地级市的229家创新型企业的调研数据,通过建立Logistic回归模型,对企业产学研合作行为及模式选择的影响因素进行了实证检验,研究结果表明:(1)企业产学研合作行为的发生主要不是受R&D投入能力的直接影响,而是与企业R&D吸收能力和外部政策环境支持程度直接相关;(2)企业对产学研合作模式的选择普遍受产学研合作程度和政策环境支持程度的显著影响;(3)行业类型对产学研合作模式选择的影响主要集中在医药制造业和计算机软件业,企业规模对产学研合作模式选择无显著影响。根据以上结论提出了若干启示和建议。
