摘要：

战略柔性对企业建立竞争优势有重要的作用,那么战略柔性是如何帮助企业建立竞争优势的呢?本文指出:由于战略变化和技术创新对企业应对环境变化的重要作用,战略柔性可以影响企业的战略变化和技术创新,进而建立竞争优势。本文分析了战略柔性对战略变化和技术创新的影响作用,揭示了战略柔性是如何帮助企业建立竞争优势的。
