摘要：

<正>脑微出血（CMBs）是脑内微小血管病变所致的、以微小出血为主要特征的一种脑实质亚临床损害。近年来,由于新的MRI序列对CMBs检测率提高,使我们对微出血的认识进一步加深。目前,CMBs日益受到重视。1 CMBs的定义1994年Scharf等最早描述了CMBs,在脑血管疾病患者中,通过MRI的T2*加权相（T2*WI）检测到小的、无症状的"出血性腔隙"。1996年Offenbacher等把这种T2*WI上
