重组人促红细胞生成素对急性高眼压兔眼视网膜电图的影响

摘要
目的:通过检测闪光视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)的变化,探讨重组人促红细胞生成素(recombinanthumanerythropoieitin,rhEPO)对急性高眼压视网膜缺血引起的神经损伤的保护作用。方法:将12只健康家兔平均分为模型组和EPO组。两组家兔均任选一眼作为实验眼,用生理盐水前房灌注法造成急性高眼压模型。模型成功后EPO组家兔皮下注射rhEPO100IU·kg-1,每周两次,共1周。12只家兔在造模前30min和造模后第1、3、7和14d分别进行ERG检查。结果:造模前两组的ERG-b波的振幅值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。模型组实验眼的ERG-b波的振幅值在造模后第1d降至最低水平,以后逐渐恢复,但第14d未能恢复至基线水平(P<0.05)。EPO组ERG-b波的振幅值的变化与模型组相似,但实验结束时其振幅值已恢复至基线水平(P>0.05)。结论:rhEPO可以显著改善急性高眼压视网膜缺血时的ERG-b波,起到保护视网膜神经功能的作用。
