氯吡格雷抑制血小板活化的机制及临床应用中存在的问题

摘要：

目前氯吡格雷是临床治疗急性冠脉综合征及经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者的常规抗血小板药物之一,该药为前体药物,经细胞色素酶CYP450转化为具有活性的硫醇衍生物。然而临床工作中发现仍有部分患者存在氯吡格雷抵抗,未能从抗血小板治疗中获益,同时有多项研究表明氯吡格雷与质子泵抑制剂等其他药物在药物代谢途径方面互相影响,并存在争议。本文就氯吡格雷抗血小板作用机制及在临床应用中常见问题做一综述。
