摘要：

<正>近年来尽管有许多针对脑卒中预防的成功努力,但脑卒中复发仍很常见。脑卒中后2年内,25%的患者会再发脑卒中或其他血管性事件,如心肌梗死、猝死等。脑卒中后的5年,42%的男性患者及24%的女性患者会再次发作脑卒中,且其中65%为缺血性脑卒中[1]。随之而来的问题包括身体残障、认知障碍及抑郁状态越来越多。
