氟西汀治疗伴发心血管症状的抑郁症的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 :探讨氟西汀 (fluoxetine)治疗伴发心血管症状的抑郁症的可行性 ,观察其疗效及安全性。方法 :为开放性设计 ,入组以心血管症状作为主诉的抑郁症患者 ,给予盐酸氟西汀治疗 6周 ,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定。结果 :17例患者完成该项研究 ,在氟西汀治疗后的第 1周即出现症状的改善和评分的下降 ,治疗前后评分差别有显著差异 ,且服药过程中未发现有明显不良反应。结论 :结果表明氟西汀是治疗伴发心血管症状的抑郁症安全有效的药物。
