发展战略、自生能力与发展中国家经济制度扭曲

摘要：

本文构建了一个动态模型来分析发展中国家的发展战略对其经济制度的影响,为发展中国家广泛存在的各种经济制度扭曲提供了一个统一的解释。结果表明:经济制度扭曲的根源是发展战略导致的产业结构扭曲。经济制度扭曲程度与该国发展战略偏离其适宜产业的程度呈正向关系。如果政府推行赶超战略,赶超产业规模越大,赶超产业的自生能力越差,则制度扭曲越严重,经济效率损失越大。
