战略柔性对企业创新的影响分析

摘要
产品创新对于企业保持竞争优势至关重要,但是企业有时不能从产品创新过程中获取利润。本文主要研究战略柔性对企业产品创新和绩效的影响,目的是揭示一个非常重要的问题:战略柔性是否能帮助企业从产品创新中获利。在实证分析中,我们选取了中国607家企业,揭示了产品创新与企业绩效之间的关系。从而使企业提高竞争能力,最后得出结论与对策。
