摘要：

从普适性焦虑量表和特异性焦虑量表2方面介绍了测评术前焦虑常用的评估量表,其中成人普适性焦虑量表包括焦虑状态-特质问卷、焦虑自评量表、汉密顿焦虑量表等,儿童普适性焦虑量表包括儿童状态-特质焦虑问卷、简化中文版儿童状态焦虑量表,成人特异性焦虑量表包括医院焦虑抑郁量表、手术特质-状态焦虑量表、阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑与信息需求量表等;儿童特异性焦虑量表包括改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表、儿童情感表现量表。重点梳理了焦虑量表的特征、信度和效度、1次评定时间、分界值和优缺点,提出了术前焦虑评估的一般策略,旨在为临床医护人员合理选择术前焦虑的评估与筛查工具提供参考。
