摘要：

在影响技术创业的诸多因素中,创业政策的作用越来越引起人们的关注。本文在界定技术创业和创业政策内涵及其关系模式的基础上,建立起技术创业和创业政策测度指标体系,并利用我国30个省市自治区相关数据,实证分析了创业政策对技术创业的影响。
