技术战略联盟的驱动力、合作优化与联盟稳定

摘要：

随着科学技术的日新月异,全球化不断深化发展,企业间的竞争越发激烈,因此众多的企业选择并购或技术战略联盟等方式来开展合作,以求提高技术创新的效率,形成竞争优势。本文的重点就是研究技术战略联盟驱动力、合作优化与联盟稳定的关系,通过实证研究,验证提出的假设并得出结论:第一,市场竞争越激烈、政府支持力度越大及同行的示范效应越明显,企业越有动力形成技术战略联盟,从而战略联盟越稳定;第二,牵头单位的协调能力及政府的规范作为不同的合作优化方式均可以提高在驱动力驱动下形成的战略联盟的稳定性,从而起到优化的作用。最后,根据研究成果,提出政策建议,为我国技术战略联盟的发展提供借鉴参考。
