学习导向与新企业竞争优势:双元创业学习的中介作用研究

摘要：

构建了学习导向、双元创业学习与新企业竞争优势之间的关系模型,旨在揭示双元创业学习在学习导向与新企业竞争优势之间的中介作用以及双元创业学习对新企业竞争优势的互补影响.利用中国403个企业的问卷调查数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明,探索式和利用式创业学习在学习导向与新企业竞争优势之间具有部分中介效应,两者对新企业竞争优势的互补影响不显著.
