网络嵌入性与创新绩效的Meta分析

摘要：

学术界对网络嵌入性的研究方兴未艾,实证与理论性的研究层出不穷,但关于网络嵌入性对创新绩效影响的研究结论仍然存在争议。研究采用Meta分析方法,对68篇独立样本实证研究进行了再统计分析。研究结果表明,网络关系嵌入性(联系强度、关系稳定性、关系质量、网络互惠性)以及网络结构嵌入性(网络规模、网络密度、网络异质性、网络中心性)对创新绩效存在显著的正向影响。此外,调节效应分析结果表明高新技术企业的网络关系及结构嵌入性对创新绩效作用更强,而产业分布对各网络嵌入性变量与创新绩效关系的调节程度及方向皆不相同。同时,测量特性也会导致主效应的结果产生差异。
