摘要：

基于竞合视角探讨了联盟企业知识获取的影响因素,包括合作要素(共同行动与关系团结)和竞争要素(冲突)对知识获取的直接及交互作用.对205家联盟企业双源数据(two key informants)的实证分析表明,伙伴间的共同行动能显著促进联盟企业从合作伙伴处获取知识;但关系团结、冲突分别与知识获取间的倒U形关系未获得统计支持;在交互作用下,共同行动与冲突的同时存在、关系团结与冲突的同时存在均能显著地促进联盟企业的知识获取.最后对研究的理论价值和实践意义进行了讨论.
