创新生态系统价值共创行为影响因素分析——基于计划行为理论

摘要：

本文基于计划行为理论,构建了创新生态系统价值共创行为影响因素分析框架,通过有序Probit模型对山东省青岛市42个创新生态系统以及426家参与者的调查数据进行实证分析。结果表明:在参与创新生态系统价值共创过程中,创新生态系统参与者大都缺乏扩大技术合作项目、积极参与创新生态系统合作以及共性技术研发投入的意愿,创新生态系统稳定发展的内在机制尚未形成;对于创新生态系统参与者来说,影响其价值共创行为主要因素包括:创新生态系统服务和技术突破的满意程度、创新生态系统价值取向、创新生态系统资源共享制度、创新生态系统领导企业信任程度以及环境驱动因素等。
