摘要：

自Nordhaus开创性研究以来,如何实现专利的创新激励与垄断力量的权衡,始终是创新经济学关注的焦点问题之一。梳理了半个世纪以来关于专利的主要理论,按照发展脉络和逻辑关系,阐述了每篇文献的研究思路、研究方法和主要结论。最后,对专利研究的进一步发展方向提出了建议。
