摘要
凝溶胶蛋白是一种钙依赖性的肌动蛋白结合蛋白,对肌动蛋白进行切割、加帽、成核以调节细胞骨架结构和细胞的运动及代谢过程,还参与对细胞信号转导和细胞凋亡的调控。大量研究表明凝溶胶蛋白与临床多种疾病的病理过程密切相关,本文重点介绍了凝溶胶蛋白做为潜在的疾病分子标志物或治疗靶点与血小板活化、冠心病、心力衰竭及心律失常等心血管疾病相关性的研究进展。
