摘要：

<正>我国卒中患者有700余万,每年有150万～200万新发脑卒中病例,其中70%为缺血性卒中患者[1]。在我国青年卒中发病率占全年龄组卒中的2.5%～5.9%[2],且卒中发病的低龄化趋势日益明显。青年脑梗死发病病因包括:早发性动脉粥样硬化、心源性因素、脑血管发育异常、脑动脉炎、颈部动脉夹层等。
