战略群组视角下的企业战略定位研究——战略距离、定位方向和战略改变对绩效的影响

摘要：

通过三个描述战略位置的变量来研究企业在战略群组视角下战略定位对绩效的影响作用。这些变量是:企业与本群组的战略距离、企业在群组间定位的方向以及企业在本时期的战略改变。样本数据来自2008—2011年间我国煤炭采选业上市公司,对其进行战略群组划分后,定量检验了研究假设。结果表明,企业与本群组的战略距离以及企业在群组间定位的方向均负向作用于企业绩效,只有企业的战略改变对绩效有利。
