摘要：

<正>循环系统中存在着由肽能神经末梢释放的许多生物活性多肽,如缓激肽（bradykinin,BK）、P物质（substance P,SP）、血管活性肠肽（vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP）和降钙素基因相关肽（calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP）等,参与心血管系统的生理、病理过程,对心血管疾病的发生与发展有很大影响。尤其是CGRP,是目前已知的作用广泛的内源性舒血管物质,可以减少自由基产生、保护血管内皮细胞、调节免疫反应[1]、抑制交感神经活性等,对机体各系统尤其是心血管系统有非常重要的调节作用。现综述如下。
