摘要：

近年来供应链金融的发展受到了越来越多的学者关注,研究热情很高,但由于技术的进步与经济的快速发展使得供应链金融的理论研究落后于实践,这大大降低了理论的指导作用。从国外对供应链金融概念的理解、国内对供应链金融概念的理解两个维度对以往的文献进行梳理、回顾和总结,并在此基础上进行展望,以便为学术界研究提供素材。
