<正>脑血管病是常见病、多发病,在我国已成为居民死亡和成人残疾的首要原因。脑梗死是脑血管疾病的最常见类型,早期的脑血管再通一直是其治疗探索的热点。其中重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(recombinant human tissue-type plasminogen actiator,rt-PA)静脉溶栓,在历经NINDS、ECASⅢ等研究后,已具有了充足的循证医学依据,成为脑梗死急性期最重要的治疗手段。但对血管再通的探索,仍
