摘要：

本文介绍讨论英文文献中社会科学诸领域有关中国组织现象的研究,关注其中活跃的研究主题和活动、重要的理论观点和因果机制,以及不同学科之间的竞争和对比。我们按照社会学、政治学和经济学等学科领域来组织本文的述评,但我们强调这些学术研究领域之间的关联、延伸和交融,特别将这些研究工作与组织学的分析概念和思路加以对比,强调它们之间互相促进的关系。我们的述评一方面肯定这一领域引人注目的进步,另一方面也特别提出批评性意见,指出这一领域中尚未解决的问题和学术上的种种不足,以期未来的研究加以弥补克服,从而进一步提高这一领域的研究水平。
