经颅磁刺激在吞咽障碍中的研究及其应用

摘要
<正>在人类的日常生活中,进食和吞咽是个体生存的本能。由于下颌、双唇、舌、软腭、咽喉、食管括约肌或食管功能受损,不能安全有效地把食物由口送到胃内取得足够营养和水分的进食困难称之为吞咽障碍。吞咽障碍的出现,不仅损害健康,甚至可导致吸入性肺炎或因大食团噎呛致死等严重后果。依据解剖功能结构的变化情况,吞咽障碍分为器质性吞咽障碍和功能性吞咽障碍两类。临床上较为常见的是神经系统疾病引起的功能
