秦岭自然保护区群周边社区农户森林资源经营意愿研究——基于陕西4县288户农户的实证分析

摘要：

本研究以秦岭自然保护区群周边社区佛坪县、太白县、洋县和周至县的288户农户为研究对象,通过专家打分法和层次分析法,构建并评价森林资源功能指标体系,进而判断农户对森林资源的经营偏好。研究结果表明,秦岭自然保护区群周边社区农户对森林的生态保护功能意识较强,对森林资源多种功能的开发和利用意愿较弱。最后提出,通过社区共管等农户参与模式继续对生态环境和物种多样性的保护;推广节能燃料的使用,减少农户对薪柴的依赖性;周边社区要因地制宜,大力发展林下经营,不断开发森林资源的多种功能和效益。
