摘要：

急性脑梗死神经功能恶化是指脑梗死发生后,其神经功能缺损症状及体征在一定时间内进行性加重;其发生可能是多因素共同作用的结果,与血压、血糖、血清铁蛋白水平等关系密切;机制可能包括缺血半暗带向不可逆损伤的转化、损伤的中心区周边的反复去极化、脑血流量下降区的代谢率增加等。
