摘要：

首先分析了跨学科团队数据共享的影响因素,在此基础上,构建了跨学科团队数据共享的系统动力学模型,并进行了模型仿真。仿真结果表明,该模型能够描述同一学科团队内部以及跨学科团队之间的动态数据共享过程,为促进跨学科团队数据共享的研究提供了一定的方法指导。
