摘要：

本文利用中国1994—2012年间省际面板数据,实证检验了中国创业制度环境下创业与经济增长的关系。结果表明,创业有利于中国的长期经济增长,金融发展及司法体系的建设强化了创业对经济增长的促进作用;而腐败和政府规模的扩大降低了创业对经济增长的正向效应。本文的结论为进一步研究创业及制度环境具有重要的政策含义。
