摘要：

脑卒中是神经内科常见疾病之一,具有发病率高、复发率高、病死率高和致残率高的特点。重组组织型纤维蛋白酶原激活剂(rt-PA)是自1996年以来唯一被美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)批准用于急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)溶栓治疗的药物,但因静脉溶栓的治疗时间窗狭窄(<4.5 h)、大血管再通率低及出血风险限制了rt-PA的使用,导致全球范围内的溶栓治疗率一直很低。近年,相关血管内治疗技术有了快速发展,显著提高了闭塞血管的开通率。文中就静脉溶栓、动脉溶栓、机械取栓、机械碎栓、支架成形等治疗技术的相关情况进行介绍。
