缺氧缺血新生鼠损伤脑组织中Nogo-A,Ng-R mRNA的表达

摘要
目的:观察Nogo -A、Ng- RmRNA在缺氧缺血新生鼠损伤脑组织中表达量的变化。方法:将7d龄SD大 鼠随机分为假手术组和缺氧缺血脑损伤(HIBD)组(结扎右颈动脉后,置于低氧舱处理),分别于缺氧处理0h、6h、 12h、24h、72h及7d后断头处死6只动物。用RT- PCR方法定量分析缺氧缺血侧脑组织Nogo A及Ng RmRNA的 表达水平。结果:假手术组各时点脑组织Nogo -A及Ng -RmRNA表达无变化。与假手术组比较,HIBD组大鼠Nogo-AmRNA在HIBD后6h开始升高,12h达峰值;Ng- RmRNA在HIBD后6h开始升高,12h达峰值,24h时仍维持 在较高水平。结论:Nogo -A、Ng -R可能与HIBD后神经再生抑制有一定关系。
