摘要：

全球价值链对国际贸易和增长的影响,在近20年又有新的变化。来自发达国家和发展中国家的两种动力——为了更低成本的供应链转移和为了更高附加值的产业升级,其交相作用使得全球价值链达到一种新的平衡,任何一方面的力量都不应当被夸大。区域集聚效应使得亚洲成为全球产业链的关键区域,即平衡的中心点。对那些希望从效率驱动阶段进到了创新驱动阶段的发展中国家来说,当前的另一动向是,离岸服务是前景巨大的新市场。
