摘要：

创业机会"发现观"与"创造观"差异的背后反映的是不同本体论立场。近些年来,理论界对机会的关注已由本体论上升到认识论层面,开始讨论创业者与创业机会的深层匹配问题。建构主义思想为这方面的探索提供了一个很好的视角。在系统回顾建构主义机会研究代表理论的基础上,总结了该领域目前的研究进展与不足,并结合时代背景分析了建构主义思想在机会研究中的重要价值,对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
