摘要：

将组织技术作为中介变量,环境不确定性作为调节变量,研究了IT能力与竞争优势的关系。采用回归分析和结构方程模型方法对所提假设进行实证检验,样本来自于珠三角制造业企业381位中高层管理者。结果表明,IT能力直接影响竞争优势,其中IT基础资源和IT体系惯例对竞争优势影响显著,而IT关系资源没有影响;IT能力还通过组织技术的中介效应间接地正向影响竞争优势;环境不确定性的调节效应不显著,但对组织技术有驱动作用。
