摘要：

2014年版脑卒中及短暂性脑缺血发作的二级预防指南(美国心脏协会和美国卒中协会)旨在为缺血性脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的二级预防提供全面、及时、基于循证依据的建议。该版指南在脑卒中危险因素的控制、血管阻塞的干预、心源性脑卒中的抗凝治疗和非心源性脑卒中的抗血小板治疗等方面提出了基于循证依据的建议。该建议还包括其他各种情况下的脑卒中二级预防,这些情况包括主动脉弓粥样硬化、动脉夹层、卯圆孔未闭、高同型半胱氨酸血症、高凝状态、抗磷脂抗体综合征、镰状细胞病、脑静脉窦血栓形成和妊娠状态。该版指南有专门章节阐述颅内出血后的抗血小板和抗凝治疗以及指南的执行情况。文中就2014年版脑卒中及短暂性脑缺血发作的二级预防指南核心内容做一介绍,为帮助临床医生对缺血性脑卒中患者的病因能有合理的解释并着手治疗时以减少脑卒中复发和其他血管事件的发生。
