虚拟社区互动性对迭代创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘要
为了探索虚拟社区互动行为对新产品开发迭代创新绩效的影响,以小米MIUI社区为例,运用网络爬虫程序获取最近四年"产品发布"和"功能建议"板块的面板数据,采用Logistic和Poisson回归进行实证研究。研究结果表明,迭代创新绩效与用户的产品互动水平呈负相关,与用户的人际互动水平以及企业与用户互动水平呈正相关。这些发现启示企业,应该利用人际互动水平作为筛选依据,快速聚焦用户共性的需求,并加强企业与用户的互动。
