孵化器“内网络”的构建与扩张——结构模型与实证分析

摘要：

为了研究孵化器"内网络"的构建和扩张,运用内容分析法开发量表,通过收集的数据,采用项目分析、探索性因子分析以及结构方程模型,检验了孵化器"内网络"构建和扩张的内因。研究表明,孵化器"内网络"的构建和扩张源于五个并列的因子:在孵企业间的信任,在孵企业资源集聚,在孵企业战略性网络参与,孵化器的组织构架和运营机制,便利和完善的孵化网络。通过ANOVA分析的LSD法对各因子的强度进行比较发现":孵化器的组织构架和运营机制"这一制度层面的因素是"内网络"最有力的成因,而"在孵企业间的信任"这一缺乏制约和监控的因素最不被认同。
