摘要：

金融中心是金融产业集群的表现形式,金融产业集群不是靠政策导向就能够发展起来的,而是市场长期竞争的结果。首都金融业的优势条件在于拥有巨大的市场潜力,其最大的弱点是市场活力匮乏①。首都金融业要真正达到“金融立市”,就必需以打造微观金融主体的市场活力为根本来大力发展金融产业集群。
