从师徒制到研究生院——德国博士研究生培养的结构化改革

摘要：

在19世纪初首先开创现代博士研究生教育、为世界树立典范的德国大学,如今正在传统的"师徒制"的训练模式之外,建立研究生院等新的组织形式,推进结构化的博士培养模式。这一改革出现在全球化进程加速以及知识生产模式转变的背景下,体现了博士教育目标和价值标准的变迁,代表了欧洲传统科研人才培养模式的发展方向。而对其制度特色、实践效果和未来走向的研究还应充分考虑本土制度文化因素以及机构和学科差异。
