吞咽分期针刺治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍临床研究

摘要：

目的:吞咽分期针刺法治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍临床疗效研究。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为吞咽分期针刺组和常规针刺组,在基础治疗上分别施加吞咽分期针刺治疗、常规针刺治疗,两组患者治疗前、治疗后分别进行功能评定和量表评估,并比较其疗效差异。结果:经洼田饮水试验疗效比较,吞咽分期针法总有效率83.33%,常规针刺组总有效率53.33,两组经秩和检验吞咽分期针刺法疗效显著(P<0.05),尤其在咽期吞咽分期针刺组明显优于常规针刺组(P<0.05);而在口腔期及食管期分别两组组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);在VFSS量表评分方面,吞咽分期针刺组在改善患者吞咽功能方面优于常规针刺组,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽分期针刺法在改善中风后吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能临床疗效肯定,尤其在改善咽期患者吞咽功能。
