整合性神经肌肉训练预防下肢运动损伤的元分析

摘要
目的:利用元分析评价整合性神经肌肉训练预防运动员下肢运动损伤的效果,进一步提出整合性神经肌肉训练预防下肢运动损伤的最佳训练方案。方法:在中国知网、万方数据库、Pub Med、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library等数据库检索整合性神经肌肉训练对下肢运动损伤影响的文献,中文检索词为"整合性神经肌肉训练、神经肌肉训练、神经肌肉热身、预防、减少、运动损伤、下肢损伤";英文检索词为"Integrative neuromuscular training、Neuromuscular training、Neuromuscular Warm-up、neuromuscular、 prevent、reduces、lower limb injuries、Injury、sport injuries",检索时间范围2000-01-01/2021-06-20。采用Review Manage 5.3对纳入文献进行元分析,对运动时间、运动频率、运动周期、样本量、性别5个变量进行亚组分析。采用随机效应模型合并整体效应量,对各研究的异质性、发表偏倚进行检验。结果:纳入14篇随机对照(RCT)文献,共计15 932例受试者。(1)元分析显示整合性神经肌肉训练可以减少39%下肢运动损伤的风险比值(RR=0.61,95%CI:0.53-0.69);(2)亚组分析发现每次运动时间16-20 min的效果最好,运动频率在2-3次/周的效应量最明显,相比与其他周期,运动周期4-6个月的整合性神经肌肉训练预防效果最佳;(3)整合性神经肌肉训练对样本量控制在50-1 000例,效应量较明显;(4)整合性神经肌肉训练预防男性下肢运动损伤效应量较明显。结论:(1)整合性神经肌肉训练可以有效预防运动员下肢运动损伤,受试者所在国家区域可以解释研究间的异质性;(2)进行运动时间为16-20 min,2-3次/周,运动周期4-6个月的整合性神经肌肉训练方案可以达到最优的预防效果。
