丹参和丹参素对牛内皮细胞抗凝和纤溶功能的影响

摘要：

作者用放免法测定6-Keto-PGF1a,用发色底物S2390测定纤溶酶原激活物（Plasminogen activator,PA）以及它的抑制物（Plasminogen activator inhibitor,PAI）。用发色底物S2238间接测定血栓调理蛋白的活性,研究了丹参和丹参素对培养的牛内皮细胞分泌上述生物活性物质的影响,及其抗凝和纤溶的机理。结果提示:丹参注射液能促进牛内皮细胞分泌PA,提高PGI2的产生量,降低PAI的活性。人工合成的丹参素也具有同样作用。此外,丹参还能增加牛内皮细胞膜表面血栓调理蛋白的活性,而丹参素尚未观察到上述作用。
