基于战略导向的企业产品创新绩效研究——研发网络的视角

摘要
通过对一个医药企业20年的纵向研究,剖析了其研发网络特征对产品创新绩效的作用以及战略导向对研发网络特征的作用。结果表明,焦点企业的研发网络特征会正向影响其产品创新绩效。相较于网络规模小、网络封闭、网络资源单一的研发网络,网络规模较大、网络开放、网络资源异质性较高的研发网络能为焦点企业带来更高的产品创新绩效。此外,焦点企业的战略导向会正向影响其研发网络特征。具体而言,市场导向只会在一定程度上正向影响其研发网络规模,而创业导向会在很大程度上正向影响研发网络的三个特征;单一市场导向对产品创新绩效影响较小,当高水平市场导向与高水平创业导向相结合,形成一种互补协同的战略导向组合时,产品创新绩效更高。
