企业知识搜索模式及其对企业技术创新的影响研究

摘要：

企业面临的市场环境和技术环境发生的显著变化为企业提供更多的创新机会。知识搜索是有效识别创新信号、把握创新机会的重要手段,企业必须构建自身的知识搜索系统。通过对搜索环境边界的界定,在知识搜索影响因素分析的基础上,提出企业四种有效的知识搜索模式,并分析不同搜索模式对企业技术创新的影响,为企业构建知识搜索系统提供重要参考价值。
