摘要：

产品服务化战略是制造业未来发展的必然趋势,而有效的供应链管理是制造企业实行产品服务化战略的重要保证。首先,在服务化、产品供应链和服务供应链相关理论的基础上,给出了产品服务化供应链的概念;其次,通过与产品供应链和服务供应链运作模式对比分析,明确了产品服务化供应链的运作模式,并给出了产品服务化供应链中的关键流程;最后,给出了产品服务化供应链中亟待研究的问题。
