摘要：

以国内某健康云平台为例,运用扎根理论对基于云的健康云平台商业模式资料进行系统分析,得出基于云的医疗健康服务商业模式创新路径,为新兴IT技术下商业模式创新的进一步理论研究、商业实践提供理论依据。
