摘要
研究发现,骨髓间充质干细胞在适宜条件下可分化为神经元样细胞,并对脑梗死后神经功能缺损有明显的改善作用。文章就骨髓间充质干细胞的生物学特性、作用机制、存在的问题及其在脑梗死应用方面的研究进展做了综述。
