摘要：

随着新媒介技术的广泛应用,数字鸿沟呈扩大化态势,弥合数字鸿沟有助于提高公民信息参与程度。文章从信息伦理学角度分析数字鸿沟内涵,探讨图书馆服务创新,认为图书馆需要在专业化的数字信息服务、物理和虚拟空间创建、用户需求感知和信息素养培训、公私合作伙伴关系建立等方面作出努力。
