环境规制对贸易的影响——基于中国与美国、欧盟、日本的数据

摘要：

贸易自由化与环境保护之间的矛盾使得环境规制成为必然,而相关研究并未就环境规制对贸易的影响得出一致的结论。基于环境规制指数与进出口指数的设定,立足于中国与美国、欧盟、日本的面板数据,实证检验环境规制对贸易影响的结果表明:中国与美、欧、日的环境规制指数与进出口指数存在稳定的负相关性。美、欧、日相对严格的环境规制使得污染密集型行业生产的产品在中国对外贸易顺差中扮演了重要角色,从而使我国承担了更多的环境成本。
